Senior Behavior Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Id: 289 # of Openings: 1 Position Summary Provides direct treatment services for clients across a broad age range while also providing client services and treatments within multiple client service teams and programs. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely and high‑quality basis. What You’ll Do Comply fully with all medical records and information privacy regulations, local, state, and federal. Provide input, observations, and feedback to Clinical Supervisors regarding client treatment plans, programming, data, and progress. Provide highly effective and best‑practice treatment for clients face‑to‑face and assist other clinical staff in delivering on this objective. Coordinate with other internal clinical professionals in the best interests of clients and their families, recommending treatment plan improvements as necessary based on client progress. Conduct overlap training and competency assessments for initial and renewal Registered Behavior Technician credentialing of Behavior Therapists, as applicable. Properly document all work activities, session notes, and treatment service results on a fully accurate and timely basis. Provide client treatments using varying treatment models with minimal oversight, frequently with clients who have not met previously. Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus areas of education, sociology, special education or psychology preferred. Registered Behavior Technician certification is required. In excess of 2,400 direct treatment hours of clinical experience is required. 3 to 6 years of employment in a clinical environment on a full‑time, part‑time and/or work‑study basis is required, preferably including recent work with individuals with ASD. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst licensure is preferred. Hours, Pay and Benefits Hours : Full‑time Starting Salary : $55,000 per year RBT Certification Requirement Registered Behavior Technician certification is required within 30 days of employment. Transportation Requirement Behavior staff are required to have reliable transportation to/from clients with a clean driving record (no more than 3 minor violations).
