Our vision of inspiring a resident-centric focus is brought to life by our core values: Integrity, Respect, Service and Community.About the community:This active adult (+55) community association has extensive lifestyle and fitness programming, extensive open space, a trail system, and the centerpiece community recreation facility.The Member Services Associate provides office assistance, membership support and clerical administration for the community. This position is multi-faceted and supports the site management team in a variety of duties including ensuring all callers, visitors and residents are greeted in a friendly and informative manner.What you'll accomplish:Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing callsNoting accurate messages and directing them appropriatelyOperating and maintaining office equipmentDrafting and proofreading a variety of association documents including maintenance work ordersAssisting owners with coordinating resident-hosted eventsUpdating the association's website and calendarReceiving, preparing and delivering mail and packagesPerforming other administrative duties as neededWhat we're looking for:Customer service experience, knowledge of homeowner association operations preferredExcellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possibleAbility to communicate effectivelyA dynamic, professional individual with a strong sense of organization and attention to detailComputer skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and ExcelMust have a valid driver's license in the state of employmentAvailability to work nights and weekendsMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkIf driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions.
