Job Description
We are seeking skilled welders with 2-3 years of experience specializing in MIG and TIG welding. The role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and the ability to perform specific welding tasks on various materials. Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in welding stainless steel, galvanized materials, and aluminum.
Responsibilities

• Utilize appropriate safety equipment in a welding environment.
• Ensure accurate paperwork accountability for work orders and payroll systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints effectively.
• Operate powered hand tools safely.
• Perform torch operations with proficiency.
• Demonstrate ability to MIG weld in all positions.
• Operate horizontal and vertical saw equipment.
• Maintain machines and work area.
• Operate pipe cutting and threading equipment efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with torch operations.
• Skill in operating hand tools and saw equipment.
• Understanding of machine maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to weld stainless steel, galvanized materials, and aluminum.
• 2-3 years of welding experience.
• Experience with pipe cutting and threading equipment.

Work Environment
The work environment is a non-climate controlled facility operating Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 1:15 pm, with current shifts extending to 3:15 pm for overtime opportunities.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
