No Experience Needed, Evantage, Inc will provided paid training and support for our Full Time Entry Level Sales Representative role to help you be successful. Absolutely no cubicles and having fun is a must. Position Overview:
The Entry Level Sales Representative will be responsible for developing long lasting relationships between our clients and customers. You will receive paid training on the fundamentals of sales and customer relationship management. We are looking for competitive, hard-working and most of all motivated people who want to jump start their career by building the foundation of what it takes to be a leader.

• Focus on generating and qualifying new sales opportunities for our clients
• Customer relationship management
• Develop skills necessary to communicate and educate on client’s portfolio of vast products and services
• Deliver sales presentations in order to generate new account acquisitions and build customer rapport
• Maintain sales reports and records using Salesforce.com
• Reach and exceed key performance indicators

Top qualities:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Self-disciplined, organized and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly goals
• Go-getter mentality to see opportunity and seize it in a friendly and competitive nature

We do this by providing a professionally trained face-to-face sales team that can adapt quickly to changes in target market and products. We realize in today’s day and age, telemarketing and direct mail cannot effectively help a company gain and retain their clients. We have proven that a smile and a handshake is a more powerful tool when it comes to acquiring lifelong customers for our clients.

Evantage, inc. was founded in April of 2006 and our first client was a major telecommunications company based in Dallas. We have worked with them ever since, but have also taken on new campaigns and expanded from Dallas to having 32 offices throughout 14 states as of October 2018. By the end of this year, we anticipate having 50 locations across the nation. We currently handle campaigns for well established, blue chip companies in the following industries: telecommunications, high speed internet, fiber optics, television, and office supplies.
