Specialist, Media Operations

About The Role Roles within our Media Operations organization can cross-discipline; if you have experience in Search, Social, Programmatic, or any combination of these, please feel free to apply. The Media Operations team focuses on hands‑on activation of digital channels—tagging, trafficking, buying, and more—ensuring consistency, governance, and optimal use of platforms to achieve media and business goals. Key Responsibilities Own campaign planning, builds, and ongoing management of clients’ media efforts, including QA Own client communications and updates, review requests and questions, and troubleshoot issues on platforms and media execution Work effectively with team members to complete day‑to‑day tasks for clients and internal efforts Collaborate with peers to receive learnings from both internal and external sources Execute on media platforms across Programmatic, Social, and Search channels such as, but not limited to: Programmatic DSPs: DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, etc. Ad Server: Campaign Manager Social Buying Platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit Search Engines & Search Management Platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 Utilize internal tools and processes for day‑to‑day work and task completion (e.g., Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday) Keep up to date on Monks offerings and identify opportunities to enhance client services Key Skills & Qualifications We’re looking for well‑rounded team members who can demonstrate technical proficiency and thrive in a constantly changing environment with many stakeholders.
