Gwinnett Eye Clinic is seeking a dedicated Optician to join our team in Duluth, GA. As an Optician at Gwinnett Eye Clinic, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and caring environment where you can make a difference in the lives of our patients.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and assist with eye exams
- Dispense glasses and contact lenses
- Perform lensometry and prescription dispensing
- Assist with ordering, general repairs, and claims
- Merchandising and retail sales of optical products
Required Skills:
- ABO Certified or Certified Optician
- Experience in optical sales and dispensing glasses
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient care
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with iPad technology
- Knowledge of long-term disability and health care benefits
- Experience with ordering and claims processing
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $40,000.00
Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
