As our Accounts Payable Specialist , you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate financial operations that directly support patient care and organizational success. Your Responsibilities Manage and process accounts payable data entry for CHN with accuracy and efficiency Build and maintain working knowledge of MIP and Intuit QuickBooks to support daily AP transactions Reconcile accounts payable and bank accounts monthly , reporting discrepancies to the Associate Director of Finance Partner with the Grant Accountant to ensure expenses are coded and booked in alignment with grant budgets Support month‑end closing activities as assigned Maintain a working understanding of the full payroll cycle and independently run payroll and invoice payments as needed Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies while collaborating closely with the CFO and Finance team Perform additional finance‑related duties as assigned What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Confidence working independently while collaborating with a team A proactive mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement Preferred: Degree in Accounting or a related field Experience with accounts payable, payroll processing, reconciliations, or financial systems Why You’ll Love Working With Us 100% Paid Employee Health & Dental Insurance 401(k) with 4% Match Opportunities for career growth and professional development A collaborative finance team that values accuracy, integrity, and teamwork The chance to support healthcare access in underserved communities Make an Impact Where It Counts Your work ensures that providers can focus on care, clinics can stay operational, and MyCHN can continue serving those who need us most.
