Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Pulse Millennia Apartments in Chula Vista, CA. Responsibilities Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance Qualifications At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units Experience in all trades Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation All employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties Compensation and Benefits $37-38 per hour DOE Monthly bonuses 10 days Paid Time Off per year 10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year 40 hours of Paid Sick Time 401(k) with employer match Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Spending Account Rental Discounts Equal Employment Opportunity MG Properties is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
