IT Technician, Level II/III

Salary: $50,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• CompTIA A+ certification is required.
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications, or equivalent certifications, must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Three years of IT experience working with business systems is required; industry experience is preferred.
• An associate or bachelors degree is preferred, though we value demonstrated hands-on experience more highly.
• A valid drivers license and clean driving record are required.
• English proficiency is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate integrity, reliability, strong troubleshooting ability, teamwork, professional communication, and customer-service skills.
• Applicants must complete the application questions and skills test and pass an interview, lab assessment, and background check.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs and servers.
• Perform workstation, server, email, and application migrations.
• Install and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks, including VLAN configuration and segmentation.
• Install and segment surveillance systems.
• Coordinate with our Security Team on phishing-test follow-up, end-user security training, and remediation of internal vulnerability and external firewall scans.
• Install and configure encrypted cloud backups and SSL certificates.
• Advise clients on system and network security best practices.
• Follow documented procedures and maintain complete tickets, calendar entries, and client documentation.
• Respond to clients courteously, accurately, and promptly.
• Resolve client issues within the scope of the assigned tier and escalate work beyond that scope.

Our technicians work with clients remotely and in person to identify the root causes of computer problems and provide lasting solutions that help clients work productively. Our mission is to support clients long-term profitability through effective use of technology. This is a full-time, in-person role, generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; hours may vary with client needs and occasionally include approved evening or weekend work. Annual compensation is $50,000–$80,000, including incentive bonuses and profit-sharing.
