Construction Financial Supervisor

Responsibilities Lead project forecast reviews, utilize historical and trending data to validate forecast, and follow company standards for cost and revenue reporting. Show eagerness to learn the ins and outs of field operations to better understand and communicate financial reports and data. Support the Operations team with decision making by identifying, quantifying, and communicating financial risks and opportunities. Manage employee performance using the division of responsibilities, clearly communicate expectations and goals, and provide coaching and honest feedback during performance reviews. Prepare client invoicing, manage accounts receivable and revenue, and review project cash flow projections on a monthly basis. Review and understand prime contract and change orders, including insurance, taxes, payment terms, and labor laws. Follow and implement proper internal controls, and act as the main point of contact for any internal or external financial audits. Drive continuous improvement throughout the organization and advocate for positive change. Earn trust, credibility, and buy‑in of processes from the Operations team to create better cohesion and clear communication within the organization. Display first‑rate customer service skills—willing to help with a positive attitude when or where needed, and respond with gratitude. Other duties as assigned. Ideal Candidate Has proven track record in construction work. Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Gets excited about construction projects and completing assignments on time. Is self‑oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Phoenix, AZ.
