We’re Soine Dermatology & Aesthetics — a respected and thriving dermatology and aesthetic clinic proudly serving Louisiana’s North Shore from our Covington and Hammond locations. We specialize in medical dermatology, cosmetic services, and advanced laser treatments. We’re currently looking for a experienced, professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist patients warmly in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments to optimize provider time and patient satisfaction
• Manage and update patient records and financial accounts
• Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently
• Provide information about products and cosmetic treatments to patients
• Insurance verification
• Ensure accurate collection and posting of charges & payments
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and financial information
• Support the team and contribute to a smooth office flow

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (medical front desk experience a plus!)
• Availability Monday through Friday between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM
• Strong multitasking skills in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills—both verbal and written
• Friendly, team-oriented, and patient-centered attitude
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Epic software experience is a bonus
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
