Qualifications and Duties include : Supervising Medicaid Applications, Guardianship complaints Drafting plans, EP documents Manage all phases of Estate administration Manage client communication Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both on the telephone and in person Marketing efforts to attract estate planning and elder law clients. Developing relationships with community partners Drafting court submissions and attendance in court Handling estate litigation, guardianship contests, and fair hearing matters Required Experience: 2-3 years Estate Planning and Elder law experience NJ Bar required, PA Bar preferred; Book of business is a plus Litigation experience preferred Commensurate with experience Please reach out for additional info.
