Customer Service Representative
Provide excellent multi-channel customer service, identify sales opportunities, and support achieving sales goals.
Overview
This role involves working through multiple service channels to steadily deliver a high level of customer service and assist customers in finding solutions to meet their needs. It also focuses on driving sales growth by identifying leads for additional selling opportunities with each customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through multiple communication channels
- Navigate customers to appropriate solutions to help them complete their tasks
- Engage in activities that identify potential sales opportunities with customers
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education
Background Check and Drug Screen may be required.
