Program Manager (5470)

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in San Diego, CA. Position Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four‐year College or University (required). Master’s degree in Business Administration (desired). Desired Experience Seven (7) years of specialized acquisition financial and program planning, budgeting, and accounting experience within the DON. Seven (7) years of experience interpreting and applying financial or accounting principles and familiarity with financial and accounting processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals. Seven (7) years of experience in being a Team Lead or senior member of a financial or accounting team with analysis decision‐making experience. Experience with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access). Clearance Must currently have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (required).
