The Wound Nurse (RN/LPN) will:

• Assess patients for presence/severity/type of wounds
• Perform daily care for all resident wounds
• Consult with the wound doctor for a significant change in condition (SCIC) of the resident
• Make rounds with the wound care doctor at least weekly, and take orders and care plans in consultation with the wound doctor

Wound Nurse (RN/LPN) must have the following:

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - Indiana License
• Demonstrated experience and expertise in wound care management
