Nashville Smiles is a well-established, general practice with focus on unmatched patient care & relationships. We are growing and looking to add a Registered Dental Hygienist, that provides exceptional care, with a can-do attitude and proactive nature. We are open to both full and part-time positions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental hygienist duties, including prophylaxis, scaling & root planning, periodontal maintenance, and patient education.
• Assess periodontal and oral health status, chart appropriately.
• Collaborate with the clinical team (dentists, assistants, front-office staff) to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Document patient care, treatment recommendations, compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and home care tailored to their specific needs and comfort levels.
• Create a positive patient experience: greet patients warmly, address their anxieties, maintain a tranquil and comfortable environment, and uphold the aesthetic/ambience standard of the office.

Qualifications:

• Tennessee Dental Hygienist license (required).
• 2+ years experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Comfortable with modern dental technology.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
