To Apply for this Job Click HereJob Title: Tech Sourcing Consultant Type: Long Term Contract Location: Miami, FL – Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)Position Overview: The Tech Sourcing Consultant will support technology procurement by owning small-dollar renewals (generally under $250K) and handling a high volume of concurrent renewals and simple net-new requests. This role requires strong technology sourcing experience—especially around SaaS agreements—and the ability to run procurement workstreams independently with minimal ramp-up.Your Responsibilities on the TeamManage technology sourcing engagements primarily focused on renewals (typically ? $250K)Drive vendor engagement: request quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and manage renewal timelinesPartner with internal stakeholders across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, HR technology, finance systems, and data/cloudCoordinate vendor onboarding and contract flow while partnering with legal on legal termsManage multiple concurrent priorities (20–30 renewals/new products at once) with minimal guidanceBuild basic cost/ROI analyses and present findings (Excel + PowerPoint)Top Requirements5–10 years of sourcing/procurement experience with a strong focus on technology categoriesProven SaaS agreement negotiation experience (commercial terms)Strong communication (written/verbal) and organization; ability to work independentlyComfortable in a fastmoving renewals-heavy environmentPreferredExperience supporting global offices/vendorsStrong Excel (cost analysis/ROI) and PowerPoint skillsTo Apply for this Job Click HereEqual Employment Opportunity Statement Gravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
