You will have the opportunity to sharpen your skills with Breeze.Job Description:This position works under the direct supervision of Journeyman or Lead Installers while learning proper HVAC installation techniques, safety standards, and customer-service best practices. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in residential environments.Key Responsibilities:Assist with residential add-on and replacement HVAC installationsSupport removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment and componentsAssist with installing furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and condensate drainsLoad, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipmentFollow work orders, installation standards, and supervisor directionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in occupied homesComply with all company safety policies and OSHA standardsLearn to identify basic system issues and assist with troubleshootingAccurately complete assigned job documentationCommunicate professionally with homeowners when directedQualifications:Entry-level or prior HVAC installation experience preferred but not requiredAOR Install Experience is preferred but not requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to use hand and power tools safely (training provided)Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently under supervision and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on laddersComfort working in occupied residential environmentsOSHA 10 certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)Compensation:$19 - $25 per hour DOEJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceEmployee discountPaid time offTraditional 401K + Roth IRA with 4% Employer matchTuition reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr Breeze Air Conditioning Llc
