Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Hand Therapy

Location: Stockton, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays | 40 Hours per Week

Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice

Compensation: $27–$51 per hour, plus benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a growing outpatient therapy practice specializing in delivering exceptional patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapy Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative clinical environment and has an interest in hand therapy, orthopedics, and outpatient rehabilitation . You will work alongside experienced clinicians and healthcare professionals while helping patients improve mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Interest or experience in hand therapy and outpatient rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
