Kitchen Associate - Full Time

What You’ll Do: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients Follow standardized recipes and portion controls Understand how products look and taste at their peak of perfection Assist with daily prep work, including chopping, marinating, and baking Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at every step Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service. Food safety expertise. A willingness to learn about and taste great food. A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic mathematical skills. 18 years or older is preferred. Physical Requirements: Standing for long periods of time. Lifting up to 60 pounds. Must have holiday and weekend availability.
