CDL DriverHeavy Duty Tire, LLC is a family owned and operated Commercial Tire Facility providing sales and service throughout the country with its headquarters located in West Palm Beach, Fl.We are now accepting applications for a full-time CDL Driver for our Corporate West Palm Beach location. The ideal candidate will have roll off experience and the proven ability to maintain compliance with all safety and DOT regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate roll-off trucks to transport, deliver, and retrieve containersPerform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptlyEnsure proper loading, unloading, and securement of containersMaintain accurate driver logs, tickets, and required documentationFollow all DOT, company, and safety regulations at all timesCommunicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team membersMaintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicleNavigate routes efficiently while meeting scheduled pickup and delivery timesQualificationsValid Class A or CDL (as required by equipment)Clean driving recordKnowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practicesAbility to operate roll-off equipment safely and efficientlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyDependable, punctual, and professional demeanorPhysical RequirementsAbility to climb in and out of the truck multiple times per shiftAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds as neededComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsSchedule & CompensationFull-time Monday through FridayCompetitive pay based on experienceBenefits package includes health insurance (50% premium), paid time off, and 3% retirement contribution
