Part-Time | Registered Nurse (RN)

Currently Available Schedules and Shifts:

- Evening Shift: 6:00pm - 10:30pm | 20 hours per two-week pay period | Five, 4-hour shifts, include working every other weekend

- Evening/Midnight Shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am | 48 hours per two-week pay period | Four 12 hour shifts, Every Wednesday night and Every Friday night

- All positions available include working every other holiday

In this vital role, you'll combine advanced clinical expertise with compassionate care to support the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. As an RN, you'll assess resident needs, provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate closely with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes. -Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders

-Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring resident response and effectiveness

-Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record

-Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up

-Provide guidance and support to CENAs to promote quality, person-centered care

-Foster a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members

Minimum Qualifications

-Degree obtained from an accredited nursing program.

-Must be in good standing with the Michigan Board of Nursing and have a current MI RN license.

-Minimum of one-year previous experience as a nurse preferred but not required.

-Current CPR certification

-Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

-Demonstrated sound judgment and professional integrity

-Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service

-Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents

Preferred Qualifications

-Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred, but not required

-Experience in senior living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
