In this role, you'll use established systems, tools, and training to assist with researching travel options, organizing itineraries, coordinating reservations, and maintaining accurate records throughout the planning process. You'll work independently while ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a high standard of accuracy across all travel details.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, timelines, and trip details
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel options
• Coordinate travel reservations, confirmations, and itinerary details
• Organize and manage travel requests from initial inquiry through confirmation
• Provide timely updates and support throughout the travel planning process
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation using company systems and tools
• Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support efficient operations by keeping travel workflows organized and aligned
