Job Overview The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers online, over the phone and in person to guide their vehicle purchase in our no‑haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information and guiding customers from online or phone contact to an in‑store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The associate is responsible for helping customers select their vehicle, negotiating terms that fit their budget, closing the deal, and following up to ensure satisfaction and transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to leads in a timely fashion and guide them from initial contact to in‑store experience. Provide product and pricing information, and help customers select vehicles that meet their needs. Negotiate payment terms and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty. Assist in transitioning customers to the Service department for post‑sale support. Utilize technology tools to manage leads, customer information, and sales opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Prior sales or customer‑service experience preferred, retail experience a plus. Motivation to set and achieve targeted sales goals. Willingness to follow up with customers and work with technology. Valid in‑state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
