Description Works at multiple sites within state(s) of licensure. Independently reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug-related problems. Contacts MD's nurses and other professionals as necessary to facilitate care. Compounds and dispenses medications, provides drug and drug therapy related information and supervises the work of pharmacy support personnel. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
