Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Remote Salary: $80,000–$125,000, depending on experience Experience: 5+ years Location: Remote A leading boutique real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its sophisticated transactional real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with strong commercial real estate and real estate finance experience who is comfortable managing transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm, with experience handling sophisticated transactions for lenders and/or borrowers. Large law firm or comparable high-level transactional experience is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and loan transactions.
• Draft, prepare, and review closing and loan documents, including UCC financing statements.
• Coordinate closings, maintain closing checklists, prepare signature packages, and review settlement statements.
• Order and review title commitments, surveys, title exceptions, and related documentation.
• Prepare title and survey objection letters and assist with resolving title and survey issues.
• Coordinate transactional due diligence, including UCC, judgment and lien searches, entity documents, good standing certificates, zoning materials, and estoppels.
• Review leases and prepare lease abstracts.
• Coordinate document filing and recording and prepare closing binders.
• Manage post-closing matters and multiple transactions simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Strong commercial real estate transactional and closing experience.
• Experience with real estate finance and loan transactions.
• Strong title and survey experience.
• Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers preferred.
• Large law firm or similarly sophisticated transactional experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and technical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to independently manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• This is a remote opportunity offering $80,000–$125,000, depending on experience.
