Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of therapeutic and administrative tasks:

• Implement therapeutic exercises and functional activities prescribed by the supervising Physical Therapist, adapting routines based on patients' individual progress.
• Administer various modalities, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy, to alleviate pain and promote healing.
• Monitor, record, and evaluate patients' responses to treatment plans and assist in modifications as needed to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, recovery techniques, and lifestyle modifications that support long-term health.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
