Physical Therapist AssistantWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join the CHI Franciscan Health at Home team. The PTA assists patients, in the comfort of their own homes, to regain their independence by improving their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. The PTA works collaboratively with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.Responsibilities:Performs visits as prescribed in the physician's plan of treatment and in compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.Reports changes in patient condition to appropriate personnel and the attending physician.Provides patient care education to patients and other caregivers.Completes and submits all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner using AI-powered clinical documentation to achieve reduced documentation burdens, foster clinician work-life balance, and afford increased patient interaction time.Requirements:Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited programActive registered PTA license in the state which you practiceMust obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS CertificationOne-year Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting.Current Drivers License and automobile insuranceComply with federal, state and local laws and regulationsWhere You'll Work:CHI Franciscan Health at Home is a full-service health care organization that believes the best place for our patients to heal is in their own home.
