Speech Kids NY is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for in-person, school-based positions in Howard County, Maryland, for the 2026–2027 school year.

Join a collaborative school environment where you can support students’ communication development with mentorship and assistance from an experienced clinical team.

Compensation

W-2 fee-for-service employment:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist: $75 per hour
• Clinical Fellow: $60 per hour

Position Details

• Full-time and part-time opportunities
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Up to 7.5 hours per day
• In-person, school-based setting
• Paid documentation time
• Flexible scheduling based on school and student needs
• 2026–2027 school year

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
• Ability to work in person in Howard County
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
