• Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

* Medication Reminders:

• Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Support clients in managing their medication routines.

* Meal Preparation and Nutrition: * Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. * Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. * Companionship and Social Interaction:

• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.

* Health Monitoring:

• Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
• Document care provided and any notable observations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• PCA, HHA, CNA preferred
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required
• TB Skin Test required
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
