Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Learn press operation processes and become proficient within the first six months
- Inspect parts for quality defects and verify products meet specifications
- Stack, package, and organize completed parts for shipment or further processing
- Maintain accurate production and quality standards
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris and trash
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Assist with additional production duties as assigned
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operator, or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to learn and operate industrial press equipment within six months
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measuring skills preferred
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
- Work safely around production machinery and equipment
- Competitive starting pay of $18.30 per hour
