Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Bakersfield Area, California
Pay Range: $27.00 to $31.00 per hour DOE
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility
Full-Time, Onsite
Temporary with Possible Temp-to-Hire

We are actively seeking a Project Coordinator to join a growing underground utility and civil construction team. What You'll Be Responsible For

• Assist with the coordination and organization of project records, reports, and documentation.
• Support project teams by tracking information, updating logs, and maintaining accurate records.
• Help manage employee timekeeping records and administrative project data.
• Prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, and project-related communications.
• Coordinate information flow between field teams, office personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support the processing of purchase orders, delivery tickets, and compliance documentation.
• Enter and maintain project information within company software systems.
• Provide general administrative and project support as needed to help operations run smoothly.

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring

• Administrative, project support, or coordination experience required.
• Experience in construction, engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or related industries preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to follow-up and teamwork.
• Ability to learn new software systems and project-management processes.
• Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
