Registered Nurse For Evening Contract Position

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• At least three years of experience in pediatric nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred
• Previous school nursing experience is highly valued
• Comfortable and confident working independently on-site
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to students with vision needs and other medical complexities
• Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and address urgent medical situations as needed
• Document care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with school standards and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to promote student wellness and access to learning
• Provide evening coverage, including first response for illnesses or injuries
• Participate in care planning and contribute insights to support student success and safety
