This role is challenging – above and beyond the day‑to‑day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast‑paced team. This position will report into the CTO . What you get to do every day: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Lead AI integration projects to enhance internal tools and automate repetitive workflows across CSC’s portfolio Build APIs and services that are reliable, secure, and performance‑optimized Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior engineers Work closely with business units across CSC brands to identify high‑impact areas for innovation Champion engineering best practices, scalability, and code quality Proactively identify technical improvements and recommend architectural enhancements What you bring to the role: 5+ years of front‑end development experience, with expertise in React and TypeScript and a strong track record of building production‑grade systems Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of modern web development concepts, design patterns, and architecture Strong analytical, problem‑solving and debugging skills A commitment to unit and automated testing of UI components and interaction flows Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services, including infrastructure design and deployment Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB or similar relational and NoSQL databases Experience using Docker for application containerization and environment management (nice‑to‑have) Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting multiple brands or teams Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, agile environment with high ownership expectations Experience with AI technologies like Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools to support Frontend development and user engagement strategies is a plus What’s in it for you?
