LPN Weekends
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Plaza Healthcare in Elizabeth, NJ. As an LPN on our weekends team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are available to work weekends, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physicians
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
