In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Job Type: Part-Time (15 Hours) Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 2:00pm - 5:30pm Work Location: In-Person / Client Home/Daycare - Spruce Pine, NC Responsibilities: Work effectively with children Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports Implement behavior-based treatment plans Educate parents on classroom support techniques Ensure safety and quality care for clients Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources Maintain training materials and supplies Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred Experience with children and strong people skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly Strong communication skills (verbal & written) CPR/First Aid certification preferred Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred, but not required (training provided) Benefits: Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program #J-18808-Ljbffr Our Child Therapy
