Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred).

Passion for helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a team.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Operational management experience, including workflow optimization and compliance.

Ability to analyze key performance indicators and apply insights to drive success.
