Key Responsibilities

• Execute therapeutic interventions aimed at improving activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Participate in care planning to ensure personalized approaches for each resident.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding therapy processes and goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
