Their work supports schools, universities, municipalities, contractors, and professional sports organizations across the U.S.

We are currently seeking an experienced Print Operator / Print Technician to join our team in Cumming, GA. This position is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing EFI large-format printers while ensuring consistent print quality and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and experienced in digital printing equipment within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate EFI large-format printers safely and efficiently to meet production schedules.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of printing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and print-quality issues.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Monitor color accuracy, print quality, and production consistency.
• Load and unload large media rolls and printing materials safely.
• Maintain accurate production records and report equipment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Graphics, Production, and Shipping teams to meet customer deadlines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability, efficiency, and print quality.
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating large-format digital printing equipment.
• EFI VUTEk experience strongly preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing large-format printing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment problems.
• Knowledge of color management, media handling, and print production processes.
• Ability to read work orders and prioritize multiple production tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety conscious.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
