Assistant Store Manager, Beyond Yoga- Park Meadows, Denver, CO

Responsibilities You will be accountable for operational excellence in execution of daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control You will support the Store Manager in leading the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment Accountable to store manager for driving process adoption, opening and closing the store as a visible service leader and supporting resolution of customer concerns with a positive outcome Assess and strategize how to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPI’s) Assist in the interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store team Support the onboarding process for new hires educating on Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, selling culture, and other employee responsibilities Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations where needed Ensure sound product inventory management through accurate receiving and sending processes, and in the completion of all required business directives (e.g. price changes/retickets, RTVs, markdowns, transfers) Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and ensuring company policies are being followed Coach and develop staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the organization Manage minor employee relations issues including performance management Hold associates accountable for following Beyond Yoga and LS&Co policies and procedures Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners on building connections with the local community by way of events, drive brand awareness and engagement Be a brand ambassador that embodies and can cultivate the company’s core values Qualifications Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks, accomplishing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment You are a collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with company culture of inclusion and belonging Self‑starter with a growth mindset, enjoys learning new tools and adaptable to new initiatives Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts Ability to perform all essential job functions and able to lift up to 40 pounds; may be required to stand, walk, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, stoop, talk and hear, reach with hands and arms, type, reach overhead, and climb ladders; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions Must have reliable transportation High school diploma or GED preferred Benefits 401(k) match: $1.25 for every $1 you contribute up to 6% of your pay 3 weeks paid time off in the first year, 4+ weeks thereafter Immediate medical, dental and vision coverage with free medical premiums 5 hours paid volunteer time per month and donation matching up to $2,000 per year 50% employee discount at Levi's 125% match on 401(k) up to 6% Opportunities for advancement within Levi's, Dockers and Beyond Yoga Compensation Salary range: $22.00 to $36.70 per hour, varying with location, experience and qualifications Location Lone Tree, CO, Park Meadows Employment Type Full time Equal Opportunity We provide equal opportunity to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, citizenship, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, marital status, Vietnam era/disabled veteran status, physical or mental disability, or other protected classes prohibited by applicable law.
