A Bit About Us: We are working with a fast-growing, successful plaintiff employment litigation law firm in California that is seeking experienced Employment Litigation Paralegals to join the team.

Location: 100% remote in California - must reside in CA and/or have experience with CA law. Base Salary Range negotiable based on experience.

Job Details

Position supports a California employment litigation practice as a paralegal with focus on civil litigation. Strong drafting experience and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important.

Requirements

• 5+ years of California civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on employment litigation
• Strong experience drafting motions, mediation briefs, and other litigation documents
• Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and able to provide reliable support to assigned attorneys
• Experience working in a remote setting (preferred)
• Relevant educational background (Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification; ideally both)
