Banquet Server – On CallBring Exceptional Events to Life!

What You’ll Do

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and service standards.
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
Serve food and beverages accurately, safely, and courteously.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
Maintain clean and organized tables, service stations, and event areas.
Clear and reset banquet spaces efficiently following each event.
Work closely with banquet, culinary, and catering teams to ensure seamless service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

Previous banquet or food-service experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
A friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely carry trays or equipment.
Flexible availability for on-call shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
