Job Overview Job Title: Member Services Representative Company: Community West Credit Union Hours: M–F 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. Start Date: 07/13/2026 Locations: 3 locations available (Rockford, Grandville, Kentwood) Locations Rockford, MI: 3 N Monroe St., Rockford, MI 49341 Grandville, MI: 3089 St SW, Grandville, MI 49418 Kentwood, MI: 5801 Broadmoor Ave SE, Kenwood, MI 49512 Must Haves High school diploma Ability to receive and express detailed information through oral and written communication Welcoming personality, greeting customers in person At least 2 years of face‑to‑face customer service experience Basic computer skills Responsibilities Provide friendly, accurate service by assisting members with routine transactions and inquiries, and offering information on credit union products and services to support an exceptional branch experience. Perform member transactions accurately using the CBX system, responding to member questions, concerns, and requests in a friendly, professional, and solution‑focused manner. Provide information on credit union products and services, including basic knowledge of loans, business accounts, and fiduciary accounts; actively process member checks, maintain a cash drawer or pod, and accurately balance funds received and disbursed throughout the workday. Process member transaction requests such as credit card advances, money orders, and cashier's checks in accordance with credit union procedures, collaborating with internal departments to research, resolve, and follow up on member issues as needed. Provide frontline support at other branch locations as needed to ensure adequate staffing and service coverage; participate in CWCU‑endorsed community events to support the organization's public presence; perform other duties as assigned. Interview Details Virtual interview with Reya, phone screen with Hiring Manager, and one final round onsite interview with Hiring Manager at branch location. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Grandville, MI. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
