Practice Features

Team of 4 Board-Certified hospitalists within a larger group of 14 providers, including 10 physiatrists
Inpatient only - no outpatient responsibilities
EPIC EMR system
Focus on medically complex rehab patients
Rotating weekend call: 1:4 schedule

Responsibilities

Direct inpatient care: assessment, treatment, care planning, and discharge coordination
Collaboration with physiatrists and multidisciplinary teams
Communication with families and community physicians for continuity of care
Accurate documentation to meet compliance standards
Active role in fostering positive work culture
