Overview

• Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• New Productivity Incentive: Earn up to an additional $.06 per mile based on weekly miles.
• Earn at least $850 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 60 miles of Jacksonville, FL.
