Whether standing up a new organization or transforming an existing one, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on improvement, mission success, and standard methodologies. That’s why we need you, a management consultant, who can learn how to analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.As a General Management Consultant on our team, you’ll conduct research and analysis tasks using standard analytical techniques and tools. You’ll collaborate across the team and coordinate discussions with leadership, federal program managers, and their stakeholders to help identify and innovate improvements that will work best in their environment. You will support the development of work products, including plans, briefings, reports, and data visuals that present insights, assumptions, approaches, and outcomes.
