Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction A leading national general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex mission-critical projects , including data centers and other highly technical facilities. Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are met. Lead project teams and coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Manage contracts, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying and resolving potential delays. Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication to clients and project stakeholders. Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience. Experience with data centers, mission-critical, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or other technically complex projects strongly preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, contracts, and cost management. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and working directly with owners and design teams.
