Responsibilities Oversee and verify all cash transactions across departments, ensuring strict compliance with company internal controls, policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations, including Title 31 and Pueblo of Laguna Gaming Control Board requirements. Direct, train, schedule, and monitor cage personnel while maintaining a professional and positive work environment. Act as a role model aligned with Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) core values, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Verify large cash and chip transactions, maintain accurate financial records, operate counting equipment and computer systems, and perform cashier functions as needed. Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and open/close operations as required. Ensure excellent guest service, resolve disputes professionally, and build positive relationships with guests and team members. Qualifications At least two years of supervisory experience involving cash handling, preferably in a cage or cashier capacity. High school diploma or GED required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Kronos, Paramount, and money‑counting equipment. Strong knowledge of cash handling, mathematics, basic management, human resources, and budgeting. Participation in ongoing leadership development programs. Valid New Mexico driver’s license and gaming license. Ability to perform physical tasks, including sitting, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
