This person with work with Engineering Departments across Daikin Applied Americas to develop processes and ensure adherence with those processes.Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Plymouth, MN – HybridWhat you will do:Conduct business analysis of existing engineering processes across all Business Units.Work with engineering management to identify solutions and improvements in engineering systems and address issues such as product development through software design and consistency in approach.Facilitate the evaluation, selection and implementation of design software.Evaluate and recommend engineering equipment and establish a corporate standard for equipment. Serve as a liaison between Engineering and the Information Technology group.Possess strong project management and communication skills. Serve as project leader for various engineering and manufacturing initiatives.Able to guide groups through change using strong communication skills.
