Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Therapitas is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy company dedicated to serving Latino and Hispanic children across Oklahoma. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for qualified individuals with disabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Bilingual in English and SpanishExperience working directly with children diagnosed with ASD or other developmental disorderFamiliarity with Central Reach or similar ABA data collection softwareAs an RBT at Therapitas, you will provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders, implementing individualized programs developed by your supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work as a critical member of a multidisciplinary team with experienced clinicians providing mentorship, training, and ongoing clinical direction every step of the way.Key Responsibilities:Follow all Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), pairing protocols, schedules of reinforcement, and program targets as writtenIncorporate skill-building into both structured teaching and natural play opportunities throughout each sessionDeliver reinforcement for desired behaviors and maintain client engagement for the duration of each sessionCollect accurate, real-time session data in Central Reach every sessionComplete session notes accurately and within required timeframesCommunicate regularly and professionally with your supervising BCBA regarding client progress, behavioral incidents, and any clinical concernsAttend all required team meetings and trainingsArrive on-site prepared and ready to begin sessions at your scheduled timeMaintain professionalism with clients, families, and colleagues at all timesAdhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of all client informationComplete incident reports promptly and follow all clinic safety protocolsPerform other duties as assignedWhy Choose Therapitas?
